Room missing extra pillows, coffee and the service phone was ‘out of order’ . Could not contact front desk for help.

Polite staff, clean hotel and in the centre of the city

Everyone was very helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and functional. Excellent location. Right in the heart of the city. Only minor criticism is that it could be made clearer where to park as dedicated parking ramp to hotel is closed, and once in main shopping centre car park there is only a very small sign to show where hotel parking is. Other than that, great experience.

Very central comfortable hotel.

Onsite parking but not for a our SUV. Modern rooms but with a wierd pebble dash wall finish and a seperate toilet whicj felt a bit like going outside to a pebble dashed privy. Beds are very comfortable. Limited lift capacity can be an issue especially when 3 coaches all arrive. Staff were nice and food was good.

Lift access, hidden extra pillows and the odd toilet arrangement.

Good location but not right in the main historic centre. It served us well for a stopover

There was no aircon in the main hotel reception or public areas and it was very hot. Rooms were OK but still a little on the warm side.

Perfect for the booked price

The pool in the middle of the centre! The parking garage was fun! We did not realise we had to park the car on the designated hotel parking level so finding the car back was fun! (not being sarcastic, I really laughed as I just could not find my way out). The lift from the hotel brings you to the correct level but our car was not on it so spent ten minutes finding the car back in the labyrinth of the parking... And then finding the correct pedestrian exit was also a challenge i.e. impossible ;-)

Hotel is kind of outdated but price matches the quality pretty well so not much too complain. It was clean. I recommend staying there if you're not looking for fancy schmancy

3 stars on a good day perhaps

Breakfast was ok, some things were illogically placed, lacked fresh berries/vegetables..ok, but not 4-star standard. Location was good, no getting away from that! Common areas were ok as well, staff mostly friendly.

3 stars maybe on a good day, but..never a 4 star, in my opinion. Many things were a bit off: when we arrived at the hotel (15.20, when check-in starts at 15), the room wasn't ready. Annoying after 5h of driving.. not even sorry at the reception, not an effort to compensate anyway (even with a drink while waiting etc., which is a minimum since it's their mistake).. after waiting in a lobby for 25min we got to the room. The room itself was outdated, sink wasn't flushing properly, toilet was a closet from 1982 with 1-ply rough toiletpaper-wannabe. 4 stars? I think not..dirty as well.

Great location, good sized room and most importantly, helpful staff

Good location in the centre, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, Cafes and Bars as well as for sightseeing. Sita above a chopping centre which is good and of course it has an outdoor swimming pool.

I wouldn't pick out anything, really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, subpar facilities, not a good value.

Central location right in the downtown of Metz and near large squares with restaurants and terrasses. The breakfast was nice, with a large selection of breakfast types, including fresh croissants, coldcuts, eggs, bacon and sausages.

1) Large (10cm) brown stain on the carpeting by the desk/TV 2) Fan had been turned on in the room, but AC was off, which meant that with 20C outside, it was warm oin the room. Adding to that, the quilt in the bed was thick enough it added to the discomfort. We eventally figured out how to turn the AC on, and removed the quilt to only keep its sleeve, but then the AC/Fan was loud enough to not provide a restful sleep. 3) Overall dated building, popcorn walls in room.
